1.4 Processing Time

Orders are usually shipped within 1 business day after payment.

Orders placed on weekends or Korean public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

      2. Customs & Import Taxes

      Orders are shipped from South Korea.

      3. Delivery Issues

      4. Returns & Exchanges

      4.1 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
